A cracked glass top can't be patched, but the glass top assembly can often be replaced. Stop using the cooktop until it's repaired.
Induction only works with magnetic cookware such as cast iron and many stainless steel pans. If a magnet doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan, it won't heat on induction.
Moisture on the igniter or in the burner is the most common reason. Let the parts dry completely. If clicking continues, the igniter switch or spark module may need to be replaced.
